Royal National Park takes more than four million visits a year on paper systems that were never built for it. ParkPass puts bookings, passes, crowding and field reporting into a single system that visitors and rangers both use.

Bookings live in one place, park passes in another, closures on a notice board and damage reports in a ranger's notebook. Nothing talks to anything else, so the park cannot see its own visitor load, and visitors cannot see whether a track is even open.

Rangers get their patrols, jobs and closures on one screen instead of four spreadsheets.
Maintenance requests
Broken gate, blocked toilet, damaged sign. Logged, assigned, tracked to close out.
Sustainability dashboard
Visitor load against carrying capacity, so the park can protect the areas under pressure.
